The Role

As the Global Talent Partner, this role will oversee and direct the organisation’s worldwide talent management initiatives. Responsibilities will include implementing strategic measures for talent management, such as global succession planning and talent pool oversight, while fostering a company-wide culture of dedication to the workforce.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regional or global talent management, proven expertise in international succession planning and talent pipeline management, and strong knowledge of the latest assessment methodologies. They will possess commercial acumen, high data literacy, agility, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and develop strong organisational relationships.
