Our client is a major European consumer goods organisation, with a significant operating model change agenda.
Based in Krakow or London, this EMEA leadership role reports into the global head of HR Operations in Europe and is responsible for the full breadth of HR operations strategy and operational infrastructure across the EMEA region. The role will be responsible for building out a new HR Operations model, managing key business deliverables and overseeing the narrowing of CoEs and managing the new delivery targets of the European hub in Krakow. The regional organisation is currently a complex ecosystem of processes and the role will be required to partner with both in-country business and HR leaders on aligning the broader regional service delivery offering and standardisation of HR Operations. The individual will be responsible for attracting, building out, and leading high performing teams using coaching to enhance team and individual capabilities.
This individual will be a seasoned HR operations leader capable of navigating senior stakeholder groups and driving a complex regional HR operations re-organisation/restructuring. A true change agent will be required, someone who can focus on project innovation, Director level assessments, analytics, agile methodology and picking up leadership of the European delivery hub in Krakow. The individual will need an engaging style, adept at building trust and relationships in order to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders. You will have held previous pan-EMEA leadership positions and understand well the nuances of the various geographical markets. You should be a respected business partner with strong business acumen and be able to manage risks and leverage available data and analytics to solve business problems. With an innovative mindset, you are capable of and driving continuous improvements across the region in areas including operational efficiencies and automation.
