To be based in Dubai, an Emerging Markets HR Director position has opened up to support a growing employee population. Very much a start-up style position, the role will require strong “build-out” skills. An interest and passion for healthcare and consumer businesses might be demonstrated in prior relevant businesses. You will be a pivotal member of the Executive Leadership team and will need to work closely with a growing number of demanding stakeholders across Asia, Europe, Middle East and Latin America.
At least 10 years high-level business partnering or corporate HRD expertise is required, as well as an understanding of emerging markets business challenges. An ability to build credibility with demanding stakeholders makes this a role for the commercially astute and business savvy. The candidate will need to balance an understanding of the commercials of a business, as well as the human element of keeping peers and colleagues motivated.
