As a result of this change, a new role has arisen in their London office leading talent acquisition across the UK and Nordics market. This is a unique opportunity to truly add value and be part of the company’s exciting journey towards a new operating model.
Reporting into the Heads of HR for both the UK and the Nordics, you will build and lead a cohesive talent acquisition function to attract and secure the best talent in the market. Your work will align with the global strategy whilst balancing the regional and local needs in your markets. You will manage a small team across the region and collaborate closely with your global colleagues, providing strategic guidance whilst still being able to drive process and policy at the grass roots level. With two different markets under your remit, it is vital that you build and manage strong relationships with your business leaders, offering commercial advice and insights into the market.
The individual will be an experienced talent acquisition profession who has grown their career in large MNCs, ideally working across diverse business units and markets. Experience and comfort working in a changing and transforming environment will be highly desirable, enabling you to navigate complexities and adapt to a fluid working environment. Proven relationship-building skills are essential, as well as credibility and excellent communication skills in order to influence senior stakeholders and decision makers. You will be a strong leader capable of managing a successful team across different markets.
