Based in the Western United States (Pacific or Mountain time zone) and reporting to the global Head of Compensation, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing reward programmes ensuring the programmes align with company strategy and support attraction, motivation and retention of key talent. This role is expected to provide technical leadership and support to other members of the Reward team.
We are looking for a compensation expert with a mix of compensation experience in the technology industry. A compensation consulting background in addition to corporate experience would be ideal. Significant experience in global compensation, benefits and rewards programmes, preferably with a company that has experienced intense growth is required. He or she will have excellent project management and excellent communication skills, along with experience managing multiple global stakeholders at senior levels. Strong experience in HCM systems will be needed with Workday experience being advantageous.
