Our client is a large MNC and a market leader in its field. They are currently under-going a significant business transformation and as a result are looking to build out their Talent, Learning and Leadership function. This global role will sit in London.
Reporting into the CLO and managing a team, this position will have responsibility for shaping and driving the entire Leadership Development program, across the business. You will partner with your colleagues and stakeholders to formulate a global Leadership Development strategy that aligns with the changing business model, and covers the full suite of Leadership related curriculum, programs and academies. As well as operating at that strategic, high level you will need to ‘roll your sleeves up’ in order to embed and drive the Leadership strategy at a grass roots level.
We are seeking a Talent professional with deep practical expertise in Leadership Development, gained in a large, complex, global organisation. You will have already led a function, ideally through a change initiative, and relish the opportunity to truly take ownership, shape something and be part of a substantial corporate transformation. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills are a must, as is the passion and energy to work in a fast paced, dynamic and progressive environment.
