Based in Shanghai, this role will be leading the Retail Academy with a team of over 20 members. The Retail Academy covers all aspects of commercial learning including product, services, and store leadership development. Key priorities are shaping a strong learning culture, driving business results, as well as building development paths for the frontline staff.
We are looking for a strong Sales Learning functional leader who has experience building/leading a sales academy. This individual should be able to shape the learning strategies and define success with measurable results. A proven track record in leading a sizable team is preferred. The role requires someone fluent in both Mandarin and English.
