The Company

We are working with a leading technology company with a global presence. The company is anticipating a fast-growth phase and is eager to expand its operations outside Asia. Therefore, we are helping them to appoint a Global Head of Organisational Development.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent Management, the Global Head of Organisational Development will lead a team of five to establish an OD mechanism and design appropriate interventions to respond to organisational development and talent development challenges. The role will be responsible for enriching the company’s OD Knowledge Management, integrating practical experiences and theoretical frameworks. Additionally, as a strategic partner and change agent, putting the HR profession into full play by improving organisational efficiency and talent development.

The Individual

The ideal individual will have over 15 years of HR-related experience with a Master’s Degree in business management, human resources, or related fields. In addition, they should have a strong background in performance consulting, organisational diagnosis, instructional design, talent development, and change management. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who is agile, engaging, and communicative. Someone who shows perseverance and an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
