Our client is a high-profile pharmaceutical organisation which is highly recognised for its strong ethics coupled with innovative and “best in class” HR practice. Headquartered out of the U.S., the company has strong operations in most markets in Asia-Pacific and Korea is one of the key markets globally. This position is based in Seoul.
Reporting into the APAC Head of HR, you will be partnering with business leaders in strategising and implementing HR strategies to achieve overall business goals. With support from the regional CoE and the HRSS function, the Korea HR team has a core focus on business parting with a side focus on talent management and organisational development. The incumbent should also be strong in Union Management and Union Negotiation.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in business partnering and employee relations. You should also be well versed in the more sophisticated practices of talent management, as this is a unique element within the organisation.
