We are honored to be part of this growth plan, helping the organization to secure its Chief Human Resources Officer.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, the position is part of the Executive Leadership Team and has responsibility for a team of 150+ HR professionals. Due to the company’s rapid growth, some of the capabilities are still a "work in progress", but the company is looking at building a platform for long-term sustainability. Therefore, building and managing a robust HR function is a central piece of this role. Other responsibilities include building an effective employer branding strategy, driving HR transformation and efficiency, leading change management, optimizing talent acquisition, and building rigor around HR systems and processes. As an organization for tomorrow, the company has a diverse workforce, and so a focus on improving cultural engagement and inclusion is key.  

The Individual

You should be an individual who possesses the verve and desire to help bring organizations to the next level. Relevant industry experience gained within the technology space, preferably for an ecommerce or consumer focused platform is highly desirable, as is exposure to taking organizations through periods of sustained growth. Entrepreneurship is highly valued in this fast moving and agile environment and the successful candidate will demonstrate this key trait. You must be analytics driven to use HR data to draw conclusions to support key decisions. International experience is preferable and prior experience living and working in Asia Pacific is desirable.
