The Role

The DE&I & Culture Programme Lead will drive the development and implementation of region-specific strategies across APAC, that will align to the global strategy. This role will lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy, coaching needs, recommending and implementing solutions, whilst evaluating and measuring effectiveness of the programmes implemented.  

The Individual

With extensive knowledge of the APAC region, you will should be able to show experience in developing, evaluating and leading DE&I and Culture programmes, including content and policy development, as well as developing and leading DE&I seminars and workshops.
