We are excited to partner with a global healthcare organisation. They are an established market leader, with over 60,000 employees in more than 15 countries.
Reporting to the Group CHRO, you will partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies and build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results. The individual will design and rollout milestone programmes for both C-suite executives as well as emerging talent within the organisation. This role will provide support at the country level in customisation and modification of programmes to ensure effectiveness at a local level.
The successful role-holder will be credible, results driven, and a team player with proven experience in successfully navigating a complex, multicultural matrix structure. The individual will also excel in ambiguity and embrace change and innovation at every turn. It is essential to build trust with all levels and demographics of employees and stakeholders, not just leadership. You will demonstrate a blend of strategic and tactical experience in the design and implementation of learning programmes.
