Our client is a global integrated transport and logistics company. They are focused on both customer and society and do everything they can to connect the world ensuring everyone has the opportunity and ability to trade, grow and thrive. They have 80,000 employees globally and operate across 130 countries. These two positions, one for Performance Management and the other for Culture & Values are preferably based at their corporate HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark but they are open to a hybrid working arrangement. They have worked hard in transforming their HR organisation into a world-class function and their business is on an exciting digital journey.
In addition to the key experience of either performance management or culture & values in an OD context, both roles require in-depth knowledge in OD including contributing to the formulation of the vision and strategic direction for the OD department within this global organisation. The positions will provide expert consultation to senior leaders and teams within a complex, matrix environment. The roles will assess, diagnose, and design interventions to address organisational and team capability needs, build leader, employee and HR knowledge/capabilities around performance management or organisational culture & values and contribute to embedding and aligning interventions with other Learning & OD and HR initiatives e.g. leadership development, functional development, and engagement. These positions will also facilitate workshops for senior leaders.
We are looking for candidates for the two positions that can show a proven track record of exposure to and working with senior business and HR leaders in a global, matrixed environment. You will have an appropriate academic background which will include business, psychology, strategy, and organisational development. Deep expertise from working with project management, facilitation, design, and deployment of organisational interventions in a large global, matrixed organisation. You will also have the relevant domain expertise in either performance management, human motivation, and performance assessment or culture/values. Experience with competency models and competency model design will be highly regarded.
You will have strong, proven, influencing capabilities with senior level stakeholders, your understanding and communication of the “big picture” will be excellent and your global perspective will support this. You will be confident, yet humble. Your strategic and hands-on approach with proven analytical skills will support your pragmatic approach. You will be very familiar with creating impact.
