The chips produced are an essential part of diverse products such as cars and key fobs, giant factory machines and data center power supplies, washing machines, hard disks, smartphones, and toothbrushes.

The Role

The Global Competency and Workforce Strategist will redesign and manage the governance of the job architecture structure and build a competency model providing the business with a well-defined framework based on talent drivers, business needs, and market practices. This will enable the organisation to capitalise on its employees’ strengths whilst. ensuring that continuous development enhances other required competencies. The Global Competency and Workforce Strategist will partner with business leadership, HR units, relevant SMEs and C&B Leads to build and implement the job architecture and competency framework as well as managing its future evolution.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will have robust international experience from highly matrixed, large organisations. They will be a subject matter expert in job architecture and competency framework design.
