ChapmanCG is partnering with a rapidly growing global medical solutions company as its Learning organization grows and develops. This company is known for its outstanding human-centric approach to business and has earned recognition as an industry leader in engagement and retention.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Global Learning, the Director, Commercial Learning Leader will be charged with developing and driving a multi-year learning and development roadmap, for the company’s commercial employees. Working alongside senior executives, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering a full suite of learning solutions that keep the commercial organization on the cutting edge of marketplace skills and capabilities. There is a 50% travel requirement for this position.  

The Individual

The Director, Commercial Learning Leader will possess a creative approach to problem solving combined with a detail-oriented operating style. This individual will successfully demonstrate an ability to blend scientific capability and adult learning principles to upskill the learning roadmap for their function. He or she will have experience developing a full range of innovative learning solutions for a commercial/sales organization in an FDA regulated environment. To be successful, you will have strong project management skills, be able to build strong relationships and build consensus, yet also be willing to disrupt the status quo to deliver top-class solutions.
