ChapmanCG is partnering with a global medical solutions organization that is modernizing its learning function to accompany an ongoing business transformation. The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, this Director level position will be charged with developing and driving a multi-year learning and development roadmap for the company’s sales and marketing employees. Partnering with a wide array of senior executives innovating the company’s “Go to Market” strategy, this role will be responsible for creating a corporate university utilizing a full suite of learning modalities to elevate and increase the impact of employees across the commercial function. There is a 50% travel requirement for this position.
The Individual
The Corporate University Learning Leader, Sales, will be detail-oriented, innovative, and possess the ability to express the complex in a simple, easy to understand manner. This individual will successfully demonstrate an ability to blend scientific capability and adult learning principles to maximize the learning potential and consultative abilities of sales and marketing professionals across the commercial function. He or she will have experience developing a full range of innovative learning solutions in a highly regulated environment. They will have demonstrated an ability to build relationships, and lead projects, that enable the organization to disrupt the status quo and deliver top-flight solutions aligned with FDA regulations.
