This global company is a very successful private equity owned organization that has seen significant growth in recent years. Supporting the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry, the business provides highly specialized services to their global clients located across four continents. With drive and commitment to lift the level of HR across the company, this role will support the facilities located across the US and Latin America to provide the next level of HR partnership.
The role will report into the SVP HR and manage up to four direct reports remotely. In addition, the role will work in partnership with the facilities’ general managers and assist with longer term workforce planning. The employee population across these sites is approximately 650 and growing. As a trusted advisor to the general managers, your focus will be to provide full HR generalist support, including employee relations, talent development, succession planning, change management and executive coaching.
This role requires someone with strong hands-on operational Business Partnering skills and previous exposure to talent development, succession planning and change management. Spanish speaking skills are required, and Portuguese would be an asset. Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry experience is preferred, plus time spent working within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience managing remote teams will be essential, together with a confident and relationship driven approach.
