Reporting into the Group Head of Rewards and as part of the global team, this VP Compensation & Benefits US role will provide strategic direction and thought leadership in the development, design, and implementation of a comprehensive global compensation, benefits and recognition strategy to help attract the best talent and drive employee success. This is an all-encompassing role, requiring depth of knowledge in US benefit programs as well as market leading compensation practices.
We are looking for an experienced Rewards leader with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the compensation & benefits arena. Ideally this will have been in an international organization, preferably within the technology industry. You must bring proven experience in US compensation and benefits practices and be comfortable in a complex matrixed environment. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders with different needs is key.
