The Company

We are excited to be leading the search for this global, fast growing and ambitious technology enabled player who are embarking on a transformation with very clear goals. Due to rapid growth and multiple successful acquisitions, this Private Equity owned US headquartered business is now seeking a world-class CHRO to be based in London.

The Role

The new CHRO will be a key strategic business partner to the CEO and broader Management team and be tasked with developing the team systems and processes for the next phase of company growth. There is an international workforce of around 1,500 currently with key markets being Europe, India and China. Innovative thinking and problem-solving on critical HR issues will be required, including employee performance and engagement, a competitive approach to recruiting and assimilating high-potential talent globally, driving organisational capability and compensation.  

The Individual

To be successful, you will be a highly experienced senior HR leader with demonstrated experience leading HR end-to-end internationally, have strong business acumen, a strategic mindset and a proven track record of time spent in a fast growth or private equity backed business with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will thrive in driving and leading transformational and culture change in complex and global organisations with a preference for technology, software or related sector.
