The Global Director University Recruiting is a key leadership role in the evolution of the global Human Resource function and will ensure a robust platform for future growth.
We are looking for a high potential individual who will collaborate with both business partners, and the talent team, to share insight into early career programs. This individual will possess the ability to communicate information to business leaders about best practices aligned to talent management of the Gen Z and Millennial populations. They will also have the strategic ability to leverage university recruiting analytics to adapt and improve current strategy ensuring a world-class early talent program. Key to the success of this individual will be their ability to build partnerships with hiring managers, university contacts and business recruiting leaders in the creation and delivery of, a seamless process. In addition, the individual should have the ability to expand company brand on campus through a digital presence, leveraging various technologies where possible.
We are seeking a creative, strategic thinking, high potential candidate with 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, campus recruiting and/or analytics recruiting. The individual will have the flexibility to adapt quickly within an agile organization. This individual should be a relationship builder and influencer with the ability to set and communicate strategy to multiple layers within the organization. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
