The Role

Reporting to the regional Managing Director and with a dotted line to the CPO, APAC, the Regional Head of Human Resources, ANZ will form part of the ANZ leadership team, leading a small team of HR and Payroll professionals. The role will encompass the full spectrum of HR operations in ANZ including total rewards management, developing a talent strategy to support the business needs, advising the senior management team on HR related matters and employee relations work.  

The Individual

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR leader, or strategic HR business partner, who can demonstrate a history influencing and achieving outcomes, in a matrix environment. Must be able to balance day-to-day operational activity, as well as provide input and guidance on more strategic initiatives. Ideally with experience across upcoming key project areas including the implementation of a new HRIS system and the development of engagement and succession frameworks. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and achieve results through local and global relationship building and strong stakeholder management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding the business toward a culture that will see them realise their ambitious growth plans.
