The Role

To be based in Switzerland, a global Talent Acquisition Directorship position has opened up to support two very visible business areas of technology and consumer. The individual will be a pivotal member of the Global TA team and will need to work closely with a growing number of demanding stakeholders across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific region.  

The Individual

At least 10 years of consulting and/or corporate Talent Acquisition expertise is required, as well as an understanding of emerging market challenges. A team will be inherited and strong leadership skills will be critical. An ability to build credibility with demanding stakeholders makes this a role for the commercially astute and business savvy.
