Our client is a European company with over 80 years of history. With a diverse portfolio of products and brands, it operates in more than 100 countries globally. We are helping them to appoint a Regional HR Director for South East Asia & Oceania to be based in Singapore.
This position will work closely with the broader HR organisation to support the rapid business growth and the constant challenge for building organisation capability. This will be a vital role in talent management and employee engagement and will work closely with the business leaders to spearhead the growth and take the business through critical transformation. There is a lean team, so there will be a combination of both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
You should have a proven track record with at least 15 years of broad HR experience, preferably from the FMCG or retail-related industry. Experience working in highly matrix and complicated organisations will be important, as well as strong business acumen. The business is looking for someone strong in change management, able to deal with ambiguity and fast growth, and passionate about what they do. The organisation is full of energy and would suit someone with entrepreneurial spirit.
