Our client has operations in nearly 50 countries, and holds leading market positions in the United States, Japan, Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. They are one of the largest financial services groups in the world today. Their goal is to offer their customers truly differentiated value propositions that allow them to establish clear competitive advantages.
This person will look after the IT and Operations divisions, managing a team of five business partners and looking after a staff population of roughly 2,000 people. This role will encourage a change management mindset as senior management is relatively new and they are looking to enhance performance within the current team. This role will be consistently updating efficiencies on how HR services are delivered to the business by improving tools, systems, employee engagement and education.
You will have 10 years experience in well-rounded HR leader roles, of which at least five years in a management role with global companies. Experience managing large staff populations and leading change while having strong knowledge in TM, C&B, ER and OD is a must. You will need to have strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in matrix organizations will be required.
