We are partnering with a multinational durable goods manufacturing organisation. As the company continues to transform its business, it is looking for an HR Director for the EMEA region. The role involves leading all HR operations and having strategic and coordinating HR responsibilities for sales.
The HR Director will provide support and advice to leadership and employees on transforming the people function towards a modern, people-focused, and digital HR organisation. They will also work towards simplifying and unifying processes and driving the development of a collaborative and dynamic company culture. The HR Director will manage a small team and report functionally to the VP HR in the US.
To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in business partnering in a senior role. They should be proficient in the fundamentals of HR, possess operational and strategic HR skills, and have experience in helping sales teams to be high performing.
