Currently, we are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner, Taiwan and Hong Kong, based in Taipei.

The Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play be pivotal in driving HR strategies and initiatives in Hong Kong and Taiwan, reporting directly to the APAC HR Lead. Your role will involve partnering with business leaders to offer strategic advice on various areas such as performance management, organisational development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. With a focus on driving employee engagement and business outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the HR landscape within the organisation.  

The Individual

We are looking for a HR leader with a strong HR background and a proven track record in a similar capacity. It is essential to have a solid background in Compensation and Benefits, a deep understanding of HR best practices and analytics, and the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive transformative change. This position requires a high level of autonomy, and you should feel comfortable working independently while having the capability to influence decision-making processes.
