We are pleased to be working with a global organisation, searching for a Talent and Organisational Development Leader, to be based in Singapore. This organisation operates in over 20 countries around the world, with around 5,000 employees globally.
The overall purpose of the role is to effectively lead the development and implementation of people strategies that enable the organisation to meet its strategic, business, and operational objectives. This person will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of the developmental and operational elements of the People Plan, specifically Talent Management, Culture & Engagement and Leadership Development. This person will also be a member of the HR leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of HR.
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills. They will be adept at operational management with experience of managing day to day issues, as well as driving longer term continuous improvement initiatives. They will be delivery focused with a strong ability to drive outcomes and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects, as well as have knowledge of best practice, organisational design thinking and delivery. There is a preference that this person will have worked in a sizable corporate environment – ideally multinational and have more than 10 years’ experience and a proven track record of successful programme management and/or operational management.
