This role will shape the future of HR within the organisation, driving talent management initiatives and ensuring organisational effectiveness. The position holds significant influence and offers the opportunity to make a substantial impact on decision-making at the highest level.

We are seeking an experienced HR leader with a proven track record in HR leadership, including team management experience. Excellent communication skills, a commanding presence, and the ability to effectively engage with senior leaders are essential.
