Final Stages Permanent Japan - Domestic

The Company

A major American fashion & luxury retailer with a strong presence in Japan across multiple brands and over 1,000 locations globally and 200 in Japan. They focus on a variety of high end designer accessories, handbags, footwear, watches, jewelry and more for men and women.

The Role

This role will have elements of employer branding, talent management, on-boarding and talent experience, corporate culture, performance management, employee assessment, internal mobility, leadership development, and so on. At the core of the role, this individual will lead an already robust recruitment team while partnering with brand CEOs and HR Heads for each brand to secure the right talent in the market. This role will command a sizeable budget for TA activities.  

The Individual

This individual needs to ideally have experience within the retail or related industries, or a strong interest in fashion & luxury. You will need to have at least 10+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and some talent management experience is a plus. If you are an HR business partner looking to keep the complexity of multiple stakeholder management but focus more in the TA/TM space this is a unique role.
