Our client is a US-headquartered global transportation and logistics company. It is an innovative, international, and fast-growing business, recently recognised as one of the best mid-size employers in the US. The company has a strong international presence, with more than 100 offices worldwide. The company is looking to develop further and elevate its rewards and mobility landscape, and it is seeking a European Compensation and Benefits Leader.

The Role

You will report to the Senior HR Director in Europe and play a pivotal role in enhancing and refining C&B and mobility policies and programs to ensure compliance and competitiveness across various markets.  

The Individual

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and managing a compensation and benefits function in Europe. Knowledge of regional tax compliance, compensation practices, pension schemes and mobility programs will be essential. A change management mindset, attention to detail and accuracy to data processing is crucial. Experience in mobility management/international assignments and collaborating with external providers is an added advantage.
