We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Total Rewards to lead and shape our clients global rewards strategy. This is a pivotal role that will be responsible for designing and implementing reward programmes that align with the organisations business objectives allowing them to attract top talent and retain a high-performing workforce. It is an opportunity to partner with the senior leadership to ensure reward frameworks support business goals and foster employee engagement. Key responsibilities will be all areas of the global reward strategy from design and implementation to benefits management and implementation across multiple geographies. The role will also be required to analyse reward-related data to provide insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and ensure compliance with local regulations, governance, and best practices in all regions. The position will act as a trusted advisor on all reward-related matters while contributing to other HR projects as needed. This position also offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a broad understanding of HR practices to bring a well-rounded perspective to the reward function.
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with significant experience in Total Rewards leadership and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record working within a complex, international environment as well as experience working with Remuneration Committees, Boards, and Non-Executive Directors. They will need to show proven experience in a senior Reward leadership role within a complex, international organisation with strong knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulatory environments. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Prior generalist HR experience is advantageous, providing a holistic understanding of people strategies with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels. They will also need to show a strong commitment to driving a diverse, inclusive, and equitable reward philosophy.
