Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, the Regional Head of Talent Management will oversee the full Talent Management function and play a key role in the leadership team for Asia. The position will lead, design, and execute talent management strategies that align with the company’s business objectives across the region.
The ideal individual will bring a blend of strategic and hands-on experience in talent management, with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. A proven track record in driving succession planning and talent initiatives is essential.
