Our client is an Asia-based multinational technology company. It designs and develops, manufactures and sells consumer PCs, tablets and smartphones as well as more professional-focused products such as workstations, servers, storage devices and IT management software. Our client has operations in roughly 60 countries and sells its products in over 150 countries including having a strong and enduring presence in Japan.
Leading a team of approximately 30 associates, you will be expected to lead business growth through innovative HR and cultural transformation. You will be expected to provide expert guidance for a substantial HR organization while representing business interests and being able to balance day to day challenges with big picture growth and development. This role needs to partner with multiple business leaders and help to foster a consistent corporate culture across a number of complex businesses.
You should have a strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability with a high-level of business acumen and strategy. Experience in HR strategy, executive coaching, talent development, change management and people management. Solid English with agility to balance global stakeholders combined with local HR knowledge.
