A major player in the pharmaceutical space, it has seen consistent growth on a global scale as it continues to broaden it’s portfolio and see increased market share. The organization is committed to tackling some of sciences most complex challenges and finding solutions to some of today’s most common diseases. We are delighted to be partnering with the business to bring on board a critical hire responsible for Talent Management across the Americas. This position will be located in Philadelphia.

The Role

Reporting into the Chief Talent Officer, this role will cover all aspects of Talent Management and Organizational Development. Working in close partnership with the CoE and Human Resources Business Partners, this role will be responsible for the design and implementation of key initiatives including strategic workforce planning, the design and creation of talent pooling and HIPO identification and retention. To achieve this, you will need to assess and diagnose current organization needs and challenges and create solutions that will be delivered across all business lines within the Americas.  

The Individual

The ideal person will have deep and broad Talent Management and Organizational Development experience within the Life Sciences, Bio-Tech or Pharmaceutical industry. He or She should be a strategic thinker with the ability and desire to work hands on to deliver in a practical and pragmatic way. Exposure to Change Management and leading organization transformation in relation to culture and leadership will be essential. The person will be a confident facilitator and executive coach who can drive performance and process improvement.
