This leading global MNC in the technology and consulting sector has just started to go through a significant change initiative which will impact all aspects of the business. Within this exciting transformation, there is the need to identify a Head of Professional Development and Employee Experience. The position will be based in the global HQ in London.
As part of a newly structured senior team, this critical role will require you to help shape and define the new EVP, determining what the employee experience will look like and how to develop it going forward. With strong links to talent development, the focus will be around professional development and powerful ways of engagement throughout the organisation.
To be successful, you will be an experienced and commercial employer branding specialist and talent leader. You should have an international track record of building, creating and transforming EVPs and the employee experience. Exposure to technology, startups, fintech, consulting or financial services would be highly preferred and you should be comfortable in ambiguous, fast paced and performance driven environments. Agile thinking and strong relationship building skills will be essential.
