A key need has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead the HR organization and function within the company. With more than $2.5B in assets under management, our client’s focus is in middle market investment strategies. We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has experience owning and leading end-to-end HR functions and can align the HR strategy to the overarching goals of the business. This is both a strategic and tactical position within the organization where driving HR strategies is critical. Working across the organization, as well as with the portfolio of companies, the Head of HR will have access and influence at every level. Collaboration and problem-solving skills will be paramount in this role. The Head of HR will partner closely with the management team to ensure continued cultivation of culture consistent with the company’s core value and mission. Responsible for continued company compliance with federal, state and local regulations. We are seeking an established HR leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience. Specific domain knowledge of policies, best practices, compliance, organizational development and talent management is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary in this role, as is a proven track record of success. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.
