The Role

The Head of HR, China, is based in Shanghai and is responsible for leading an HR team that provides comprehensive HR support to the China operations. The company has a total population of around 1,500 people in China, including both commercial and manufacturing setups. The business is profitable and has good growth momentum, which calls for a strong HR leader to drive the upliftment of organisational and talent capabilities. This involves change management, building leadership capability, continuous development of the HR team, as well as maintaining strong employee engagement.  

The Individual

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist/business partner with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a sizable business, particularly with a comprehensive workforce that includes manufacturing. Additionally, substantial experience in supporting high growth businesses would be highly desirable. The candidate must be resilient and solution-oriented in order to successfully handle any challenges that may arise.
