The Role

An Interim opportunity has arisen for a Global Head of People & Culture to drive the People Strategy for the Global Supply Chain Management. This is a truly global role with over 30 plants to manage and includes factories across the Caribbean, the US, Europe and Africa (5.000 employees). The Global Head of People & Culture will be an influential and pivotal advisory member of the Global People & Culture Leadership Team, responsible for delivering the strategic P&C goals and people agenda across all factories as well as leading a major transformation to create a truly end-to-end Global Supply function. Some of the major challenges for the Global Head of People & Culture, GSC will be to integrate the isolated departments into one smoothly run operation, focusing on culture and change as well as strengthening the DEI agenda to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing world. Another focal point will be the expansion and focus on apprenticeships. The role will report functionally to the Chief People & Culture Officer as well as to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, based in London.  

The Individual

This individual will have significant HR/P&C leadership and best practice experience at a senior level. They must have the ability to understand the organisation, commercials, strategy, and business aims. They must have strong leadership capabilities, be able to partner and engage with a broad range of business stakeholders, along with proven ability to coach and motivate teams in all aspects of performance. In addition, they will need strong change management expertise and strategic thinking capabilities. They should have high E/IQ and be resilient, empathetic, and have a high ambiguity tolerance. They will also need to be willing to travel on a business needs basis.
