Our client is a global organisation in the industrial sector. They are one of the largest conglomerates in the world, with around 100 operational locations and over 100,000 employees worldwide.
Based in Singapore, the position will lead the regional Compensation and Benefits function to define and deliver the strategy for the region, including salary, incentive plans, reward and recognition programmes, pensions and other benefits. The role will represent the needs of the region to the Group Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborate with regional/country HR teams to provide a seamless service to the business. This is a strategic role, and will require someone with strong influencing capability who is able to work across multiple business and functional divisions within a highly matrixed organisation.
We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits specialist with a proven track record of leading a compensation and benefits function in a complex multi-national organisation. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations. Experience with mergers and acquisitions would be beneficial, including due diligence, integration planning, executing, and merging of philosophies.
