This is a global FMCG company that is going through a significant transformation. They are looking for an experienced HR leader to build out their HR operations and shared services organization.
Working with the CHRO and CoE leaders, the Vice President HR Operations will ensure the efficient delivery of end-to-end services. This person will be responsible for vendor management for all outsourced services, ensuring that key KPIs are met. In addition, the Vice President HR Operations will be responsible for the analytics function for delivery of data and insights to key stakeholders to enhance decision making in support of overarching strategic plans.
The individual will have extensive experience leading HR operations, shared services, HR technology and people analytics in a large global and heavily matrixed environment. They will have transformation experience and a track record of driving process and service delivery improvement to enhance the employee experience. Strong leadership skills and a track record of building and upskilling teams to deliver best-in-class service. In addition, this individual will have strong vendor management skills, with a focus on ensuring consistent delivery against service level agreements.
