take on the toughest health challenges and go beyond the already important task of disease treatment to make a positive impact on people’s lives. They have over 30,000 employees, they are scientists, researchers, communicators, manufacturing specialist, and regulatory experts located around the globe. The company is now looking for a Taiwan HR Director based in Taipei.
Reporting to the Director, HR, Asia based in Singapore. This position needs to build up a strong Business HR partnership with Taiwan General Manager and leadership team to design and deliver HR strategy that aligns with business strategy and supports employee engagement. This role sits in the leadership team in Taiwan. Supported by 2 direct subordinates, this position has full responsibilities for all HR functions in Taiwan.
The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience working as HR Generalist with the professional knowledge and understanding of a full spectrum of HR disciplines plus a minimum of 5 years relevant managerial exposure. He/she must be familiar with local labor law, culture and business customs. Positive attitude, outgoing personality, strong English oral, written and interpersonal skills and ability to work well across fuctions would be definite assets.
