The Company

Our client is a large multinational organisation which continues to hire exceptional talent to assist with it’s ongoing transformation. A leading player in its field, it is going through significant change as a business, and from an HR standpoint. With people at the forefront of this change initiative, the organisation is looking to grow its Learning & Development function.

The Role

Reporting into the Chief Learning Officer, this role has responsibility for the Learning & Development strategy for a large population across the EEMEA region. The successful candidate will be critical to providing consultation and learning and development solutions to raise the capabilities of our client’s employees. This role ideally will be based in Switzerland, however there is flexibility across European locations.  

The Individual

As a strong stakeholder manager, you will be an expert in the Learning & Development space. Having experience working in large, complex and multinational organisations, you will have been through transformation before. Ambiguity will not hinder your direction as you look to influence and motivate at all levels of the business.
