The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Director, The Senior HR Leader leads a team of 10 to provide Human Resources operational support to all HR Business Partners, and at the same time to act as an expert on standard operations processes and compliance in both HK and Macau. This involves on/off Boarding, Internal Communications, Wellbeing and CSR, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, C&B and Payroll.  

The Individual

The individual we are seeking will have a minimum of at least 10 to 15 years HR experience with sizeable multi-national companies and exposure to modern HR practices. The successful candidate will also have a strong proven experience in managing and executing HR projects. Computer literacy and conversant with labor regulations is a must. Professional training in HR areas like C&B, Selection Interview, Training and Development is desirable. As an individual, you are self-confident with a can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent attention to details and good at data management. You are able to work independently with minimal supervision. Leadership skills are vital, to give direction to and nurture the team.
