The Role

Based in Singapore, the Regional Benefits Leader will be the subject matter expert for benefits, responsible for both strategic design and hands-on implementation of benefit programs. The Regional Benefits Leader will partner with the APAC Total Rewards team to ensure that there is a holistic view and approach to benefit offerings. Additionally, this role will be involved in benefit program design work with the global team to ensure alignment to the Global Benefits Framework.  

The Individual

The individual should have robust experience in the benefits space with large-scale organisations, both in development and delivery. We are looking for someone who is a true people business partner with strong stakeholder management skills who demonstrates resilience and a long-term view.
