The Role
Based in Singapore, this position will be the subject matter expert for Benefits responsible for both strategic design and hands-on implementation of benefit programs. The APAC Director of Compensation & Benefits will partner with the APAC Total Rewards team to ensure that there is a holistic view and approach to benefit offerings. This role will be involved in benefit program design working with the global team to ensure alignment to the Global Benefits Framework. The person will play an important role in marketing the benefits offerings both internally and externally, hence strong influencing and communications skills are required. Besides the benefits focus, this individual will be involved in Total Rewards projects as well as direct compensation from a higher strategic level.
The Individual
The individual should have deep experience in the benefits space with large-scale organisations, both in development and delivery. We are looking for someone who is a true thought leader with strong stakeholder management skills and who demonstrates resilience and long-term view.
