US Fintech organisation regionally headquartered in Singapore, with a growing presence in Asia Pacific.
This position provides a consultative, business partner relationship aligning business needs with HR processes and drives the execution of HR initiatives for the region covering the full breadth of HR functional requirements, namely recruiting, rewards, employee relations and training. It also provides consultative support in the areas of change management, succession and organisational planning, leadership and associate development, employee effectiveness and communications. This position works closely with leaders to support the needs of the various business units represented in the region to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures and compliance with all laws/statues regulating the employment relationship. Partners well to implement company-wide initiatives. Establishes good working relationships with associates and leaders at all levels of the organisation, striking the balance between business leader and employee advocate.
Experienced generalist who is proven working in global organisations within a matrixed environment. An ability to operate at the strategic and tactical level. Strong business acumen, with a customer focus and experienced managing remote country HR teams. Extensive knowledge and understanding of the technical areas of human resources Sound judgment, ability to balance business needs with the role of employee advocate. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work autonomously. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels in the organisation.
