The Company

We are partnering with a highly acquisitive, global entertainment company with over 5,000 employees and that is enjoying a period of substantial growth. As part of its portfolio expansion, this industry leading organization is seeking a dynamic Director of Global Mobility to manage all employee movements, for international and domestic talent, across the enterprise.

The Role

Reporting to the SVP Performance, Reward, and Risk, the Director of Global Mobility will maintain ownership for all international employee movements and coordinate all domestic relocation activities within geographies and business lines. This role will collaborate closely with talent acquisition and HR business partners, as well as the rewards analyst supporting each of the organizations business lines to ensure a seamless transition experience. While this position will interface with all levels of the company, the Director of Global Mobility will work closely with brand leadership and senior executives to help provide a best-in-class mobility experience. This will be a highly visible role ensuring that vital immigration, tax, and destination services, provided internally or through vendors, will be at a level of unmatched service. This position will be working in an autonomous environment with the support of a leadership and rewards team looking to attract and retain top talent across the organization. Please note that this is currently an individual contributor role.

The Individual

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of gravitas and interpersonal skills allowing them to successfully navigate projects with multiple stakeholders and divergent priorities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to operate in both domestic and international environments, with a strong understanding of accompanying immigration, tax, or employment legislation. They must possess excellent communication skills and have shown an ability to influence within global matrix and center of expertise environments. The person in this role should be a relationship-focused business partner capable of translating complex topics into specific, logical action plans and deliverables.
