The Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the talent acquisition engine fuelling a high-growth organization in the manufacturing sector. As the company continues to grow, they need a seasoned innovative talent acquisition leader to attract, hunt, and assess the most innovative talent to support the growth of the North American business. The North American business accounts for nearly half of company revenue and will play a pivotal role in the aggressive growth strategy. This hands-on leadership role will lead a team of recruiters focused on relentlessly building talent pipelines. As part of a global team, this role will bring proven best practices around recruitment, recruiting operations/reporting/analytics, and sourcing to own and execute on the strategy to ensure best-in-class talent are hired across all operations in North America.

The Individual

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an in-house talent acquisition leader at large global organizations. You will be comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to lead through influence. A strong communicator with excellent project management and time management skills. You will have built high performing talent acquisition processes, systems, and teams.
