The Role

The VP HR holds a strategic position, leading the corporate HR team and empowering site HR leaders within the organisation. This role encompasses driving change management initiatives, developing and executing HR strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The VP HR plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting site HR leaders, enabling them to deliver effective HR practices and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.  

The Individual
