Their multidisciplinary approach has helped their clients become market leaders within their own industries. An organization driven by long-term relationships and loyalty, they are now looking for an SVP HR to lead their Americas region into the next phase of their business success.
The Role
Reporting directly into the CHRO, the SVP HR Americas will lead a sizeable team and help drive business and HR transformation as the organization goes through a period of significant change. Partnering with business leaders, the SVP HR is tasked with ensuring continued growth of the organization through innovative talent initiatives, upgrading HR to bring a new level of credibility to the function.
The Individual
You should have significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally having exposure to both large multinational matrix organizations and consulting/professional services. As highly strategic business leader, you can influence senior executives and stakeholders at all levels, mentor large teams, and are able to navigate a complex environment with ease. You must be able to demonstrate proven transformation and change management expertise. MBA or similar post-grad degree highly desirable.
